I have recently given 2nd round of interview with CBA. It was a management round.
How long does it take to hear back from them?
Also, what is the salary range I can expect?
My current salary is 18.5 LPA, 8 years of experience. What is the fixed+variable salary I can expect?
Variable will be 25% of your base CTC as per company policy...if you get average rating you can expect around 50% of that.
..fixed CTC will depend on your negotiation skills
Still, I need a rough figure at hand while negotiating. Experience * 4 is good as fixed?
Please let me know if you hear back from them. The HRs don’t even bother to send a basic email regarding the update. They just ghosted me after the managerial technical round that went pretty well.
1 month now since the managerial round- have not heard back from them yet.
Same happened with me, I was keep asking about the update every alternate day. And they were like, workday is not working, we still didn’t get the approval from management and what not. But lastly they have rolled out an offer letter. Offered CTC: 30 + 7 current: 17 4.5YOE

It's been a month since I attended my managerial round. Still I didn't receive a single update from them. No response over emails or calls.
But the interviewer response was quite positive as they mentioned they'll get back to me for further processes. But, still I didn't receive any updates.
