Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

After Appraisal, company haven't shared updated offer letter (with new salary), it's been 2+ months now.
If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

All are not that good companies and typical 3rdparty vendors.. better to stay in Oracle and look for better offers

Infy 1 am comparing between all three options . Altimetrik is better in wlb and salary hikes. But it's a typical service firm .. just provides people to projects for clients .persistent wlb is better but salary growth is very less.
Ivy competition is good too but have history of firing.

Not sure,but I have heard WLB at oracle is better than any. You may not get the same WLB as in oracle.
Among these offers the maximum was of 28lpa. I heard people getting more than 32lpa with same tech stack (Java developer) and similar experience. Is that true?
