I am mother of 10 month baby, to manage my duties i need 3-4 months wfh as i have to relocate and i belive it will be tough for my baby to adjust with new nanny and enverment so i need wfh for 3-4 months. But i am afraid if i ask then before joing . They might be cancel my offer ? What to do ? Pleaseeeeeee advise i am very much stressed i need this job and also wfh for next few months

I have an offer from HCL and TCS Noida and KPMG Pune. Offer from KPMG being a slightly higher package. Pune is far from my hometown and Noida is Close. Can you please suggest will KPMG be worth joining as a cloud and DevOps Engineer ? Is there a chance of relocation later since now there was an opening just for the Pune location?
