I accepted an offer from Infosys and completed the BGV process. Later, I received an offer from PwC with better package, and its BGV is currently in progress.

Which one should I choose?

If I choose PwC, how should I professionally decline the Infosys offer? Will Infosys blacklist me or will it affect future opportunities with them?

I'd appreciate any advice from those who've been in a similar situation.

CTS - 18.5 LPA
PWC India - 16 LPA
Oracle Financial Services Software(OFSS) - 21 LPA

Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.
