The attrition rate in Infosys for last 3 quarters roughly accounts to 75% (20+27+28). With nearly 3/4 of the company moving out in last 9 months, the Infy management have never seemed to have learnt a lesson from it.
Still no compensation revision given for employees who have been associated for long term (Say 4+ years)
Folks - Is there any compensation revision planned in the near future... considering the after effects of q1 fy23 attrition rise ?

But why you want to join I was also in wipro from 2017 to2021 and i recently got an offer from Wipro for C1 band but i rejected it due to their ongoing salary cuts and termination if not in project and wipro don't have much projects now so think before applying or joining
I'm trying to keep my options open at the moment... yes your right about Wipro at the moment Wipro is downsizing all of its projects but it's not just Wipro...it's going on in all the IT majors...
Hopefully they will find a business model to suits today's demand and maybe the job cuts will stop...maybe in the next one year market will stabilise..
May I know the cooling period for ex-employees to reapply one friend of mine was told he can join only after 4 years and he did in C1 and friend was told after 3 years and he rejoined as B2... I believe they are looking at the previous tenure they served and on the terms the left and the band theyr re-applying for...
