I am currently in PIP in Big4 which is going to end in mid week of July. I have got a confirmation from IBM that they are rolling offer with Date of joining end of July.

Should i resign right now or should i wait till PIP gets over inorder to get the severence pay, as I havent received any bonus too this year due to PIP process. Can you please advice the best plan here.
