Does CSR earn 3x points at bars on drinks?
My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

I know Liver King is out there but my roommate has been living by his “9 ancestral tenets” and it basically changed his life. Anyone else that follows something similar seen benefits? Seems like he’s rooted on well being and staying connected with the world around you. Even if you think he’s weird his YouTube video is well put together.

Sugar or caffeine crash? Mental exhaustion? Dehydration? Poor nutrition? Lack of sleep?
Recommend going to a registered dietician and getting consistent exercise 4 times a week.
The reliable timing of 4 pm suggests a pattern. Does this happen every day, or every WORK day?
Definitely has to do with your blood sugar level/caffeine crash. Have felt this way for years as well. What helps is taking a quick walk for fresh air around 3PM and I’ve noticed it doesn’t affect me as much.
Same! 4PM is more or less dreading time in a workday and body gets sluggish. I and my work besties used to perpetually take a snack or coffee break at 4pm for 20/30mins… it may happen to step down for a walk or just go to local cafeteria. Bt step away from monitor at 4pm.
OP if you are working from home, apply the same technique. Get 30mins of steps on your steps tracker but take 30mins of break and coffee/green tea at 4pm every day!
First plan of action that I can think of, that has been suggested to me by my psychiatrist and therapist, is to really take a look at how you go about the day.
Are you working without taking any rest periods? Is worked constantly being piled onto you, rerouted to you, etc.? Is there something that regularly occurs that affects you mentally, emotionally, and/or physically?
I’ve personally had to hyper analyze my days because I’m prone to internalizing stress, to the point where I don’t even realize I’ve had prolonged stress until it negatively affects my health (e.g., acid reflux, weight gain, cravings).
Once you’ve narrowed down at least one (or a few) things that may contribute to that timed depression, you can start working on a game plan to minimize/alleviate that thing.
Same, therapy lol
