I joined Infosys in December. And got allocated to a project. Now I wish to take release from the project. How to proceed ? Please advise

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

Former client( filed a bar grievance that was dismissed, sent me a demand letter that an attorney responded to on my behalf, and filed a BBB complaint against my non-BBB law firm) has now pro se filed a lawsuit against me in small claims court. Alleging misrepresentation, failure to file a lawsuit, and failure to advise during the process. I have phone logs, emails, and billing notes (all of which she has) that show she’s lying. Should I notify my malpractice carrier? All advice appreciated!

My client’s site got hacked yesterday. I didn’t see any actual signs of impending attack. But knowing how little we do for cyber security when building a site, I knew we must have been vulnerable in some way. Recently I had interview with tcs . During hr dicuession the hr person offered me 7.5lpa currently my CTC is 5lpa with wipro. Then later on we agreed to 8lpa during dicuession. So he told he will dicuess with senior level for approval for 8lpa then he release a sample ctc break up and asked me to accept it and he told he will release final offer after higher level discussion. I agreed for that. After two day he called me and offer only 6.8lpa. Why he changed this any idea? I declined.Surprising hr behaviour?
