I am joing mastercard Advisors as AMC next month, i wanted to check what are the key skills and technologies, one needs to excel at this position. Also does one have to create presentations very often at this role.

How common is it for a firm to contribute to an HSA on an employee’s behalf, and what is the largest contribution you’ve seen that an employer gives?

I applied for few SA roles at AWS after getting the SAA certificate and some badges like the “WAF” and “Advanced Migration”. I also optimized my resume recently trying to match what AWS would look for, but I did not get any 1st call or screening interview!
I also applied to some of the roles using friend’s referral. I have more than 15 years in IT infrastructure mainly in Storage systems (EMC, Hitachi) What could be the problem? Thanks.

I have recently received an offer letter from Finicity - MasterCard company. My job role is the Senior technician support role with Level 8.

I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Not ready to negotiate more, should I accept the offer?

Currently interviewing with Mastercard data and services for the consultant role.
Wanted to enquire about the travel opportunities in this role, be it within India or outside. I personally enjoy travelling and have travelled quite a bit during my consultant stint previously. However, not sure of what the norm is within Mastercard.
