I gave 5 rounds in Kyndryl. Received email to fill form for background check which includes current org offer letter and pay slips. There was no discussion for salary and compensation.

Got a offer from TIAA, Pune location for a Associate role. The variable mentioned is discretionary. When I spoke to the HR, she said it is capped at maximum 10 percent. Can you please let me know what percentage can I expect? What has been the average from past?
