Not with the company that I work for. As a matter of fact they actually cut our bonus amounts in half this year to help save themselves money. Before doing that they had a few lay offs to help with the inflation adjustments. No pay raises and I just discovered that a few months ago.
There was a general re evaluation of salaries across the board. Everyone got a increase in their base after the bonus.
Yes. There was a reevaluation across the board. Most people received an increase on their base
No. Many at my firm actually got no raise at all this year, regardless of performance. Unless you are the CEO, he still got like a 20% increase. 🙄
No raise or adjustment to base, unfortunately. Bonus was paid out at 100%. I think adjustments were made at the analyst and associate level.
lol if only - our total salary increase is less than inflation
Average non-promo raise at my firm historically was 3% this year it was 5%
Nope
Nope, nope, and nope!
I feel most salary adjustments do not reflect inflation adjustments. If you happen to know a company that accounted for inflation, shoot let me know! 😂
I went in with the math showing that despite two promotions my salary CAGR adjusted for inflation was 2.3%. They bumped it up enough to bring it to 3.8% 😂
3% for U.S. Bank Fund Services, not sure if across the board
Not only did the “entire” company not receive performance bonuses but also no cost of living of the apparently expected 3.5% (according to lifers that happens annually here)
Then there was an acquisition announcement and EMC wondered why employee retention stopped.
No sign from where I m working
Got the routine 3.5% in a mid-high cost of living city. Currently looking for a new role.
