I went through multiple posts wherein people are saying all good things, but one thing is bad in almost all of the posts and that is - WLB.

We asked for support contacts for all applications and add ons. that we need to talk to. While working the project, we were told by the client that we had not engaged xxxxx support team. My current CTC 14.5 + variable on 5.8 yr exp.. I got an offer from MNC

21.6 fixed including pf and gratuity + 2 Lakh variable but location is banglore.

Now I got another offer from NCR as I stay here only.

20.5 fixed + 12% variable (eligible in 2024)

I am bad in nagoriation not able to ask what I deserved.. For me location was priority. So ended up with 20.5 only.

What should I do in this case?

-Was put on a reduced work week
-Lost my role due to reduced scope and had to change roles
- Transition to a new role/team/skill sets
-Accepted an offer for a new role that pays more, in a growing field in something that I like!

Bottom line: Keep going forward, don’t give up. It’s possible to further your careers during the pandemic. You can do it!!!
