I am selected in Deloitte India USI offer is yet to discuss and finalize. Could someone help me how much I can negotiate for 4.5 years of experience into Oracle fusion financials implementation.
Currently my ctc is 11.50 LPA.I have offer from EY and KPMG at the moment

EY GDS 18.45 LPA (fixed + variable) offered
KPMG global services 17.50 LPA fixed (10 to 22% performance bonus)

Based on this how much I can negotiate with Deloitte USI.

Stern is way more than a finance school. Given its location, do you want to spend your 2 years in a rural area or heart of Manhattan? Location is almost everything for business school. (I have a friend in Cornell that frequently travels about 5 hours to NYC for events.)

So I work as an assistant manager at a restaurant for the past 9 months. I've worked in restaurants for the past 6 years science I was 16. Now I'm 22. I went to a trade school for media and film. I got a dream opportunity to work in the field making about the same or 10% more. I told myself the only reason I'd leave this company is for this type of job. Should I take the chance at this job and leave the restaurant that is on the rise and growing?

I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management.
