I had a HR round in Wipro a day before and the recruiter said that they have sent the quoted salary to the team, if they accept then they will proceed with the OL else she will negotiate. So how long typically will it take to get the acceptance from the team? Wipro!

As a (class of 2020) second year whose several classmates from different groups are already thinking about leaving/going to other firms, should I explore other options too? Don’t know if they’re being dramatic about how bad it is or if I’m just drinking the koolaid in my group?
