I had my interview with Citi Bank on 9th July, and since then, my application status has been stuck at “Business Review” on their portal. It’s been almost a month now with no further update.

I wanted to check if anyone else has faced a similar situation recently.
• How long did your business review stage last?
• Did you receive an offer or rejection afterward?
• Is this a normal wait time at Citi?

Any insights or experiences would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

What is annual salary increase for SA at Alvarez and Marsal? I applied for director role but offered SA since I have extensive industry experience but no prior consulting. I was offered additional compensation paid out over first year but concerned the annual increase will be less than the first year additional pay. If 15% increase reasonable for SA or only with promotion?

Hi 👋. I posted here a few weeks ago about being nervous conducting a PIP conversation with my team member.
I did it this week and let me just say it was the weirdest conversation ever. The guy is usually argumentative and tries to disprove every bit of feedback. But this time he just sat there and asked no questions and said nothing.
