I have 2 years of experience and recently received an offer from Cisco for an SDE role at G6 level.

Compensation breakdown:

21 LPA fixed base, 1.3 LPA PF, 1 LPA variable bonus, 1 L joining bonus (₹50k paid over 2 years)

Total CTC: 23.3 LPA (+1L Joining bonus)

Wanted to understand whether this is considered a lowball, average, or good offer for someone with 2 YOE.

I am a B. Com Graduate with 7 Years of Experience.

I have been a Team lead for a small from may 2020. I am serving Notice Period.

I am actively looking for a Job if anyone can help me it will be much appreciated.

I left my job without having anything else lined up otherwise I would have had a mental breakdown. I’m not even in that great of a financial place, but it was my job or my sanity.
