I have 2 years of experience and recently received an offer from Cisco for an SDE role at G6 level.

Compensation breakdown:

21 LPA fixed base, 1.3 LPA PF, 1 LPA variable bonus, 1 L joining bonus (₹50k paid over 2 years)

Total CTC: 23.3 LPA (+1L Joining bonus)

Wanted to understand whether this is considered a lowball, average, or good offer for someone with 2 YOE.

My sister might divorce with her husband, they have a baby of 1.5 year. We came from a divorce family and honestly never thought it would happen again - I feel powerless and I don’t know what to do. I feel bad for my sister but I am also mad at her (the fault is always in the middle) because they are not trying to fix it.
