1. Do a dry run to see how much you can cover jn 20-25 minutes, you’ll want to save room for questions.
2. Don’t get into the weeds of a specific topic or slide you present unless explicitly asked to explain more. Keep your topics pretty high level, you don’t have a lot of time and most likely a lot to cover so make sure you can summarize well.
3. Don’t rush. Give folks time to digest what they’re looking at while you talk. I like to take a deep breath before moving to the next page.
4. Follow up and thank your panel. If you have emails, fantastic. If someone said something insightful, tell them you appreciated that thing they said.
