1. Do a dry run to see how much you can cover jn 20-25 minutes, you’ll want to save room for questions.

2. Don’t get into the weeds of a specific topic or slide you present unless explicitly asked to explain more. Keep your topics pretty high level, you don’t have a lot of time and most likely a lot to cover so make sure you can summarize well.

3. Don’t rush. Give folks time to digest what they’re looking at while you talk. I like to take a deep breath before moving to the next page.

4. Follow up and thank your panel. If you have emails, fantastic. If someone said something insightful, tell them you appreciated that thing they said.

Good luck!

I believe that one PM role is preferred in the industry and most modern software companies, especially FAANG companies, only have PMs. Just curious what others have experienced and if I'm correct in my assumption.

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own. There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Please help!
