I have a question if anyone can help me in that. I am from a IT background and right now i'm think to change ma career path frlm IT to Finance. I Have started preparation for csc Certifications. I just want to know without having a background pf finance, is it easy to land a job in that field with this Certifications?

Working at hybrid model of IT company and PSU company. My employer IT company lost bid and now the contract is of another company. We have been asked that contract over as on 31.7.2022 and we are supposed to go and sit at company office. It's a loss of pay for 100 people on project. Our company said we can't join new bidder company because we signed agreement on offer letter that we won't be joining client for atleast a year. It's inconvenient and crazy for us.

Yesterday, I joined a resume workshop w/ an Accenture recruiter. She went through my resume and said that I have a strong one! I’ve also set up a coffee chat w/ her next week. My wife is a physiotherapist(Doctor). Bt the scope and growth is not that much.
So i am planning to get her into IT by doing some certifications of Testing profile.
Will there be any issue from the HR end at the Time of hiring?
Will her resume get shortlisted in naukri profile as she belongs to medical field and trying for IT?
Assuming she has gained all the technical knowledge for the skillset

What do you think are the chances this thing actually goes through? As of today they're still blocking it. It's paused which is fine, but if they don't actually forgive them after February I'll be pissed.

I have a masters in Finance and 1 year (full time) and 8 months (internship experience), all in investment banking. And currently residing in central europe.
