Hi Everyone, I have an experience of 7+ years into testing and few days ago I got mail from some consultancy asking me to fill tcs ibegin page, me assuming filling that would get me some interviews, I filled. Unfortunately I got no interview scheduled, infact that consultancy lady has tagged me to some other position which doesn’t even align with my experience. Due to this Im unable to apply to any open positions in tcs. Let me know if anyone has any idea to get it untagged.

Covid has been hard. March 2029- December 2020 I drank a lot to cope without realizing it. January- March I didn't realize I was depressed. March I came to terms with increase and ongoing suicidal ideation and needed help.

I went into a intensive outpatient program (IOP) which has been super helpful.

During the beginning of covid I drank every day and in a great deal. January it was a "dry" month which was hard the first week but overall great.

March 2021 realized I'm clinically depressed.

Does anyone here do OTF for weight loss? 29F, need to lose ~50lbs and have been doing IF, low carb, high protein diet. Wondering if OTF is enough to get me started.
