I will say OTF will not make you loose weight but it will make you gain muscle so the number on the scale may not go down but you will slim down a bunch! That has been my experience
I love OTF! It has definitely helped me to get into a routine because I genuinely enjoy the experience. I burn 400-500 calories each class so that’s great.
I need to lose some weight, but in my experience diet makes 1000x more impact than exercise and OTF doesn’t incorporate diet.
If you can manage your diet independently, I highly recommend trying OTF. (This month is a good one too because of their new member promo)
All this, yes! OTF is a great way to start and then, since you can make each class as hard or as easy as you want, it’s easy to stick with. Plus I like seeing the same coaches and same people in class regularly. But agree with the above, it’s 80% diet, 20% exercise.
Otf is the only thing that worked for me. Hated Barry’s boot camp but OTF had the right mix of community, cardio, and weights. Truly enjoyed it and it was the most toned I’ve ever been when I was going regularly
Looove OTF. My number on the scale moves slower than dieting alone but you feel and see the difference. Don’t be discouraged if your weight doesn’t drop a ton, focus on how you feel and and how your clothes fit. Hope you try it out
Rising Star
I loved OTF but did not experience weight loss but did feel like I toned up. I moved and there isn’t one near me anymore.
I started IF in March and lost 30lbs. I run outside 3x per week and lift weights in my house 3x week. My goal is 30 mins of exercise 6 days per week.
I agree that diet is 80% of weight loss.
