Medication. Must be done carefully and with a good psychiatrist but proper medication (like an SSRI or an as needed benzo, obviously depending on what the professional advises) can make a massive difference. Frequent anxiety attacks are not normal and there are things that can be done to mitigate them.
Alternatively, therapy can be helpful, as can mindfulness meditation, and frequent exercise, massages, etc.
Meditation has worked in the past so I think I’ll try that. I’m not really a fan of medication
You can try ashwaghanda & shatavari. Natural anxiety reliever. I’m not a fan of medication either.
I was gonna say meditation! Every morning when you wake up, search morning meditation on YouTube and after a few days you’ll notice a difference. Also stop caffeine, find other alternatives. There’s rasa coffee (not real coffee but healthy) and mudwater. Or you can try functional mushrooms I put some of the powder into my morning breakfast (oatmeal or whatever). Ooo AND make sure you’re taking vitamin D. Good quality. Amazon has a 5000 iu by nature wise. Uhhh I’m sure I have more info but I can’t think of anything else at the moment 😅 hope this helps!
Great advice. Add some B1 as it really calms the mind. Works for me 😉
