I have around 4.8 YOE as Azure Data Engineer. I am planning to switch to a new company. My tech stack includes: ADB, ADF, Synapse, Confluent Kafka, Event Hubs, etc.

My current CTC - 9.5 LPA

How much should I ask for as per current industry standards. I don't want to ask too low and want to stay for atleast 2 years in the next company.

Can anyone help me with dump of Microsoft DP 203 course? It will be a great help for me.

job 2 or atleast offer (Senior Manager 3 days a months in office( Banking firm) minimum, people manager for 24/7 infra operations teams and new project)taking a salary cut of 8k in base and with better WLb( hr) says so in interview. I am too confused. On job security we all know we can't guarantee anything.
