I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

Depends on what you are looking for.
More international - Berlin
Places to travel around - Munich
Cold, wet weather - Hamburg 😬
Thanks for sharing your thoughts :)
Lived in Munich and Hamburg in my 20s with SO and much preferred Hamburg (even though I’m from the south). Quality of life is better and there’s so much more going on
Nightlife is a blast. Not quite as many clubs as Berlin, but apart from that there’s truly no lack of anything.
Cultural scene always depends what you’re into, so hard to say. Classic cultural institutions like opera house, theater, museums are plenty though.
It’s the second largest city in Germany, and that does show in terms of entertainment opportunities. There’s a noticeable difference to Munich (also in people’s mindset and attitude). Of all three cities I find the people in Hamburg to be the least pretentious fwiw
If you can be ok with a bit more rain, I’d go for Hamburg, always. Has the best of both other options (except for the mountains near Munich)
If you are into culture, including nightlife, it can only be Berlin. Hamburg and Munich are not even comparable.
Maybe with a kid and for a calm down period Munich and Hamburg can be options.
But as a German, I would always recommend against Munich.
