masters in analytics & related part-time work ->
3 yoe DS in tier 2 tech company ops, accidental tech lead ->
burnt out/bored, quit, was lazy doing part time CS prereq classes for a year ->
breadth oriented masters in CS (finishing in spring)

Targeting PM roles cause people work comes easy to me (vs applied science/MLE coding) and ops cost center budgets suck. Doing formal CS just cause wanted to learn, fill in gaps.

Recently received offer from Oracle Solution Services India Private Limited and base location mentioned is Bangalore. Offer in hand: HCL 18.5 lpa || NTT data 20 LPA (shifts) || LTI 19 LPA and 1 lakh JB
I want to show counter offer of 20 lpa to LTI and ask for 20% hike that is 24 lpa. Will LTI give that kind of hike ? Please share your advice on this. and also which company to join.
