Hi Everyone, I have received an offer from Microsoft global services (GDC). The offer is for 25.85 , stocks - 10k usd and variable between 0-20 percent. My current is 23.91 and based on that this offer is really low. The HR has not contacted me at all and I directly got an email from microsoft recruiting. The level they offered me for technology consultant is 59 while my total Experience is around 10.8 years.
Does Microsoft HR negotiate on the offer?

I also had similar offer. Had 28.5 fixed they offered 30 fixed with 25k $ stocks and 6 lb JB and bonus. Later said you are getting a lot of hike. Its amounting to 48 lpa how can u demand more. I was asking for atleast 35 fixed becz bonus is not gurranted and Jb is only 1st year.

Presently working in EY as AM. Total YOE 6.2yrs. Got selected in Deloitte at Manager level. Please suggest the Compensation (range) that I may demand:
Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)

I was interviewed at EY UK on 7th Sep. It was quite smooth. Since then I haven't heard anything back from them though interviewer claimed SLA to get back with outcome of interview is 48 hours. On portal it still says I'm in hiring team phase. It was level 1 interview.
