I had interviewed with Deloitte UK consulting in June/July and was called by the HR team by the end of July that the interviews were positive and they're sending for approval for an offer to be rolled out. I was called back later in September and told that the role is on hold due to a hiring freeze. Is anyone else in this situation and have you'll heard back from the HR team post that

Yes, there seems to be a hiring freeze for certain verticals. I know of a person who had applied at a Manager level but the HR then reached out to them saying that their application was on hold due to a hiring freeze in the vertical he had applied to. Even they had cleared all rounds and received a verbal confirmation but the offer letter never came.

To all the people searching PGs, i would suggest not to go with any online bookings like nestaway, zolostays.

The ideal thing is to land in hyderabad, book a hotel for two days and then go to office nearby area and search for PGs, you will get 100+ pgs in each location. Have a look at the room size, ventilation , bed size , if required taste the food also before booking PG. In case you need flat then also you will see " To let " boards everywhere, just call the number
