I have successfully cleared all the interview rounds at IBM, completed the biometric process, and finished the package discussion as well. I was informed that the offer letter would be released within two days; however, it has now been five days.
When I contacted the HR, I was informed that the offer is pending due to ticket approval. Could someone please advise whether the offer will still be released and, if so, how long this process usually takes?
