Hi everyone, I moved from India to USA (SF Bay area) last year & I have been looking for a Product Manager/ Product Owner job with a few interviews post which I am receiving a generic rejection email or I am getting ghosted. There are recruiters who themselves reach out to me & when I express interest in the role, they ghost me.
It's really frustrating. I have ~6 years of work experience in product management & development. Would really appreciate any tips or job referrals.

The methodologies and processes are quite similar between physical and digital design so i feel i should not start from a junior position, however my portfolio contains only physical. I have initiated ideas for new products to align with company strategy and goals, designed and managed the development of the products, and enabled delivery of product to the market. Since most of these are B2B products, delivery would include a phased-production rollout to those customers, based on their roles, locations etc. I have developed both software and data products in the healthcare and social

Does anyone recommend doing any courses or degrees on product management? I am a functional consultant and I don’t have experience in PM. However I know I don’t want to stay in consulting in the long run given the long hours, and how sales play a big role
