Hi everyone, I moved from India to USA (SF Bay area) last year & I have been looking for a Product Manager/ Product Owner job with a few interviews post which I am receiving a generic rejection email or I am getting ghosted. There are recruiters who themselves reach out to me & when I express interest in the role, they ghost me.
It's really frustrating. I have ~6 years of work experience in product management & development & have work visa. Would really appreciate any tips or job referrals.

My ECD keeps changing our work before it goes to client and it's cost us making good work. Our books are suffering because he can't get his hands off the tools. Our books are only full of spec now.

Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.
