I recently accepted my TCS offer, uploaded all the required documents, and my application status now shows "BGC Initiated."

I wanted to know what the next step in the process is. Do I need to complete any onboarding details at this stage, or will that become available after the background verification is completed? Also, is there any deadline for filling out the onboarding forms once they are available?

I'd appreciate it if anyone can explain the process.

Is it acceptable to re-negotiate designation after accepting the offer letter?

Any tips to clear HSBC initial behavioural assessment round ? The last time I attended could not clear.

I got selected in TCS and i rejected my offer letter. Will they consider me if i apply for any post in TCS after 1 or 2 years..??

I am a new joinee at TCS as C3B and below are a few queries I got. Please help

1. As I heard it's difficult to move between projects in TCS, how can I make sure that I am getting a project that has good growth and onsite opportunities.

2. For a C3B I have a component called 'Perfornance bonus' (25K per month, to be paid quarterly).
How much of it, I will get usually ?
