Hello fishes, YEO total 7(5 in SAP FICO+2 in Accounting) Currently consultant in Deloitte USI fix CTC 16.8 Got offer from PWC AC Bangalore fix CTC 24 for SA 2.
Q1- is it worth to switch from Deloitte USI to PWC AC Bangalore. Anyone who switched from USI to Pwc for SAP FICO please answer?

I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

Don't worry much my friend. You dive first into TCS ocean, for sure you will start swimming comfortably later.
1. Unfortunately, no one knows this unless one has someone known already working in project. But you can talk to your RMG regarding your aspirations and on-site opportunities too. But totally depends on RMG.
2. Quarterly bonus at your level is being paid in full almost all the time but during my 3 years I have seen 3-4 times people not getting complete variable allowance. Upto c2 level every time people get 100% variable allowance. After that depends on organization's performance in quater which is good since last 1 and half year.
First be careful about RMG. Don't allow them to treat you as a fresher. Tell them clearly about your aspiration role, your expertise etc. Normally they don't care all these, some time they just want to push you for some project. So be vigilant. True, it's hard to tell about the project untill you start working and if your project fall under some vertical or unit it is very difficult to escape from that. Don't worry you will come to know everything later. Good luck👍

Also another query in offer letter it is mentioned "TCS Kolkata"; so can i consider that my work location is also Kolkata or will they change after project allocation (*considering wfo scenario)
Yes that means your work location is TCS Kolkata . Tcs is planning hybrid model for now. But currently most of the people are working from home
Be very strict with RMG. Remind them that you're not a fresher. They take us for granted most of the time. But don't let them play with your career.

Will new joinees in TCS get opportunity to select project or it will be premapped? (*C2 level)
