I recently cleared the technical round at Quatiphi and am awaiting the next round. I’d like to know:
1. What type of questions are asked? Technical, managerial, or behavioral?
2. Does this round cover salary and notice period, or is that handled by HR?
3. Any key areas to focus on for better chances?
4. Insights from recent candidates would be helpful!

I’m a very experienced veterinary assistant who has been doing this job for about 4 years in total however because of my skill level I would say I am more of an unlicensed technician. I’m looking for input on what I should ask for a raise. Given the minimum wage, I make about $5 over but that hasn’t really changed to match inflation of living, etc and truly feel like I should be making a decent amount more given my skills. Any helpful advice?
