I recently completed both the Tech and Manegerial rounds for a position at HSBC. I haven’t received any communication from HR yet, but the application portal was updated today (13 May 25) and now shows: "Recruiter interview or role play exercise has been completed."

Does this mean I can expect a call for the HR round? If so, how long does it usually take to hear back?
Would really appreciate if anyone who has been through the process could share their experience.

How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. I feel like it’s reasonable to not kill myself further to fit in more/turn things around faster at this point, but am I being unreasonable? I expect my workload to remain at this level through the end of the year at least.

Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?
