I recently had my interview with Coforge and have received an email requesting a signed LOA . Could you please let me know how many days Coforge typically takes to process the offer after receiving the signed LOA?

Also, I have 9.5 years of experience in SAP. Based on current industry standards, what fixed salary should I ideally ask for?

I just got engaged on Sunday (!!) and my ring is just a little big. I’m reading online that most jewelers won’t resize a rose gold ring. Has anyone had any issues with this? Outside counsel has been prepping company witnesses for a trial in August. It is my subject area so I am supervising outside counsel. I did not, however, choose the counsel. He is doing a really awful job. Co counsel is better, but not great either. Higher ups love the firm… I do not want to micromanage, but I have genuine concerns about outside counsel’s ability to try this case. Trials are rare, and I just don’t think these guys have actually tried many cases. Cont. below…

I am in lot of confusion right now. On 5th of Jan was my scheduled joining but didn't received any invite link and when enquired got to know that my BGC is in progress. I checked with all the employers of mine and they seems to complied with all the requirements from TCS, still it is in progress. So I am not sure what to do? Please help me.
