Hi everyone, I recently received a J.P. Morgan SDE3 offer (7 YOE) with 36 LPA and a joining date of April 6, but my current last working day is April 15.
1. Does JPMC usually allow joining date extensions in such situations?
2. Is 36 LPA typical for SDE3 (7 YOE) at JPMC?
3. I also have another offer of 40 LPA. Is it reasonable to ask HR if they can match or revise the offer?
