I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.

After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

Actually Project not yet started. They just created project billing. Offer letter also came on the date of project billing assignation. Once offer came without any delay I Informed to Project team.
Do not resign unless your new company does not wait for 3 months ...
Now your manager starts searching for new candidate. Esclate to higher management that is the only way

You should not resign unless you are sure that you will get early release or next organisation will extend DOJ. Asking early release not your rights as you have already signed to serve 3 months notice period. Escalation to higher management will yield nothing. You can only request and be ready to take resignation back in case nothing happens.
I heard a lot about Capgemini don’t negotiate with their 90days NP, but when I put the paper and stop productivity from my side and had small fights with Scrum master my pm who is also my n+1 he was ready to release me early.
So, you can try similar things if all goes well who knows you may get early release as well .
