I recently received an offer from Cognizant (CTS) with a joining date in early May. However, my current company has a mandatory 3-month notice period, and they are not agreeing to an early release.
I wanted to check with people who have faced similar situations:

Does Cognizant usually allow DOJ extensions of around 60–75 days due to notice period constraints?

Has anyone successfully negotiated a later joining date after accepting the offer?

Does ADHD have a big impact on your memory? It feels like if I don't have constant reminders set or leave notes for myself I can forget ANYTHING even if it's really important to me.
