I recently received an offer letter from Bosch Limited for an EAxle System Engineering role in Electric Mobility division. The offer mentions Koregaon Park office location in Pune. I have a few questions:

Work Policies
- What's the current work from home policy at Bosch Limited?
- How many days per week are mandatory in office?
- Are there flexible working hours, and what are the core hours?
- Any hybrid work options available?

Can partners comment whether Pwc is having another round of layoffs. This is so scary! Shouldn't they rid of partners who can't sell first?! Or pause hiring? Opp. cost to find and train talent again?

I started QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into a PM position. Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?

My boss (atty) is so disorganized! I’ve been with him 6 months and he’s having a hard time delegating, sharing info and managing deadlines. I’ve organized the caseload to manage the deadlines. He says he wants me to help with discovery but when I offer to start on one, he says he needs to do it. (Since he might have to present as evidence) When I give him deadlines and ask for the docs he says he’ll get to it. It’s a small 1 man firm, and I’m the first assistant besides his wife. In salary breakup of Bosch apart from total CTC, another payable amount is mentioned under 'NPS optional- Company Contribution'. What does this optional means? And whether this NPS amount is on the top of the offered CTC or will they adjusted it with some other component mentioned under fixed salary?

Hey fishes, completed 3 tech rounds at Bosch.
Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? I asked when can I expected the OL, she said within a week but didn't take any documents. Can I expect the OL?
