I wanted to check with folks from the Salesforce development domain who are serving a 90-day notice period. Are you still receiving calls from HRs of companies like Cognizant, Accenture, PwC, Nagarro, Salesforce, or others during this time? Also, for those who are immediate joiners, are you noticing more calls or opportunities compared to people with longer notice periods? It would be helpful to know what the current trend looks like.

Guys I know this is very common question. Just in search of better answer. What is the best reply to a relative asking us the salary inspite of we giving them the other overshadowing excuses?

I work with a classroom of Middle School ED students. One student, who I worked with the year before, has changed alot over the year. Last year (pre COVID), she had a good head on her shoulders and I thought I had good rapor with her. But over that period of isolation, she tried to commit suicide.

All year, she was much more withdrawn and ALWAYS on her phone! At the end of the I was 'beat up by her - she really knocked my glasses off.
