I was made redundant in September 2024 and have been struggling to re-enter the job market. Many roles I apply for are either filled internally, canceled, or result in rejections. This is new for me, as I’ve never faced such consistent setbacks before. I’ve tailored my resume, written personalized cover letters, and reached out to my network, but with little success. Is it just me, or are others facing similar challenges? Any advice or shared experiences would mean a lot.

I just applied for a Delta flight attendant role and my page glitched right in the middle of my application and now it says I’ve applied even though I didn’t finish answering questions. Has anyone else had this happen? So scared it has completely ruined my chances.
