My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I have a unique challenge right now in my class. I teach hand drafting in my class and the sanitizer and sprays they are using is making the tape not stick, has anyone to run into this and does anyone have any suggestions? We have found if we wipe the table down with multiple kinds of cleaner in soap and let it dry well that it will stick better but this is a huge time consumer as we transition between classes.

I worked in QA automation for 2 years in previous company and then 2.5 years in python automation scripting sort of work in current company..yoe is 5.1 and I'm getting all automation testing interviews only. first round is mostly coding which I'm confident about and easily clear it, but never got through second round which is deep into testing techniques.. idk what to do, 40 days np left and the offer in hand isn't satisfactory at all. Any advice?
