I'll be joining IBM next week as DevOps engineer. Just curious to know, is it possible to change the team or apply for the specific team within IBM after spending certain time in the current role and team? Does it happen often in IBM?

Does ZS revoke offer letter? I referred a friend, they got a generous offer as a SDE. But the HR is not responding since past 4 days to any call or email and the joining date is close.

Would really appreciate any suggestions.
