Filed for H1B extension, extension approved till aug-2024 (stamping not done), switched from tcs to infosys before stamping. I have new petition documents with me. Assuming infosys agrees to use my H1B, is there a possibility to file H1B transfer or reuse my visa.? Thanks

Amsterdam will be a muchhhh nicer city to live
I agree with Citi 1. I lived in Amsterdam for several years and it was a great experience. In my opinion people are a lot more open and friendly in Holland and they are also happy to speak English with you. Brussels not so much.
Amsterdam is much nicer but the housing market is beyond atrocious. Even with a top 1% salary (over 130k) and a generous rent cap I set myself of 2500 base going up to 3k with costs, I had to send 300 application over two years to get not a single viewing in a single apartment. I was offered an apartment without getting to see it as it was a new build and would otherwise still be living in the dutch boonies.
Unless you're willing to pay 3k+ don't bother coming here expecting an apartment unless you get extremely lucky. And 3k rent on a dutch salary is hilarious
Also Belgium's healthcare system is significantly better and way cheaper.
Also belgium still has the old style 30% tax cut which the Netherlands just got rid of for this year with a limited one.
Financially speaking if you're not being paid an American salary I would recommend brussels more as you have 1 a chance of getting a place to live and 2 a chance of using the time you're here to travel due to having more money in your pocket at the end of the month.
Then to be honest if you can afford it, and for only one year as more of an experience kind of thing Amsterdam is much more fun than Brussels and the airport is very conveniently located and easy to get to.
Amsterdam for sure. Great connecting flights!
If AMS and Brussels pick AMS it’s no brainer
