I’m about to join Deloitte India as a SAP BI consultant, I kindly wanted to know the work culture and the quality projects and the leave policies here .. is it good to join DI or alternative is appreciated??? Also the things I need to watch out for here in Deloitte India …Kindly let me know on thoughts …

2010-2016 - notice period: 30 days to 60 days max
Task - Notice period complete all pending task , provide KT to team or new team members.

2016-2022 : Notice period : 60 days to 90 days.
Task - no leave so assign all task to notice period employee. Assign so much work so he/she will need to work for atlist 10hr and utilise all notice period.

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

Do we have mid year appraisal in Deloitte India, and any news for this year. I’m from Risk Advisory team.
