I have 3 years experience being an account manager in a large brokerage. I got promoted to be a supervisor to a small team of account managers and started at $77k and have now increased to $83k 6 months later. Working for a small RIA on 1099. I receive about 80% payout AUM and the firm covers port mgmt, marketing, and a client service rep. However no other benefits such as office, health, 401k, bonus. Stay?

I work in commercial real estate retail leasing. Current employer just increased base to $100k with avg. 20-35% bonus/commissions combined.
