Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hi Fishes, I have offer from Optum , Larsen & Toubro Infotech and Luxoft .. almost same CTC. Luxoft joining is 25th (day after tomorrow), LTI and Optum are on 26th Wednesday. But I am waiting for Optum revised offer for the 26th.. Need suggestion to choose .. LTI progress is in onboarding state.. but my interest is more towards optum ..

Former cap here. Entrepreneurial is right -- lots of focus on creative ideas, developing innovative solutions, etc., but execution and follow-through is lacking. The people were all really kind and collegial.
If you’re in the US, be aware that the Americas are not seen as a major player, and you’ll always play second fiddle (in terms of budget, top leadership backing, etc) to Europe.
I left because while I felt included and valued, I didn’t see a lot of room for career progression.

Spent 5 years at capgemini. Culture is good. People are nice and I Loved it more than Deloitte that’s for sure.

Culture in America was really bad for me. People were really nice in the front but stabbed behind my back twice 🙂.
Also back in April 2020 before most other firms start laying off people, Capgemini laid off a bunch of my friends who were excellent consultants and got early promotion. If that doesn’t tell you enough, a bunch of VPs and even the CEO of North America left Capgemini within the past 2 years. They are all trying to jump out of that sinking ship.

Good work life balance, depending on your current project. Career path creation is still in its infancy, and still seems like a dangling carrot with no true payoff. There's no true way to negotiate your yearly raise; it's usually only 0% to 3% increase, sometimes including a bonus (several factors, depending on the business unit). More recently I'm hearing people are being thrown on to projects with little information of what they'll be doing/what's expected.
Overall, most people are nice and there is a good push for continuing education, but there is also a lot of having to make connections to get anything done and there are too many long term projects to feel like actual consulting. Agreeing with a previous comment, there's a lot of discussion, but not a lot of follow through.
