Hello All, I have offer in hand of 27.5 LPA+15% variable from ZS Associates as a BT Solutions delivery consultant and now my current company is ready to retain me by matching the offer & assuring that they will send me onsite to UK in couple of months. Now I am in a dilemma of what to do as I have been looking for onsite opportunities for my entire career so far. Kindly share your thoughts. Unsure how nice a place you're looking for, but it won't be very nice for a 2bd under 1700 fyi. I can recommend a handful of apt complexes though that I stayed at before buying.
Verdir at Hermann Park (I had 1450/mo), Hermann Park lofts (1600/mo, but they just rebranded so unsure if they jacked up prices) and the circle at Hermann Park (friend said she paid 1550/mo)
I know a realtor who can help you if you’re interested. There is no charge to you for this service.
They will pull properties based on your price range and can also at negotiate lower pricing.
I would try apartments.com and I would move pretty quick. It's about to be summer so prices will be higher
We have a rental but it’s 3500 month. Fully Furnished. 3 miles from TMC
Thank you for your offer but I'm really looking to stay under 1700
Do you know what part of Med Ctr you’ll be in and the transportation/parking situation? Some of the hospital systems have off-site parking for employees and then they shuttle or use MetroRail system, so that might make a difference where to look.
I just looked on har.com app …. Put in ‘rent’, then looked at the map …
