I’ve recently joined EY GDS,As a new joinee, I wanted to understand a few things

🔹 What are the key do’s and don’ts I should keep in mind during the initial days?

🔹 How does the project allocation process usually work in GDS?

🔹 Is there any internal channel/portal where I can post my profile or express interest in projects?

🔹 Or do project teams typically reach out based on skill sets and availability?

Any guidance, would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

Is wfh available in coforge? The office in GNIDA is very very far. Is it safe to travel by own car? If by cab are these small cars or typical suvs with 6-7 drops?

What would happen if I left my current company, started at a new one, and got pregnant before 12 months of service with the new company? For reference, I know new company requires 12 months for FMLA, and STD is 3 months.

How do you deal with a Midlevel who tells the partner you’ll cover for them, but gives you less than 24 hours notice they’ll be gone without asking if you can cover? I helped out back on July on a deal with they were on vacation, and now every vacation since they keep adding me back on without keeping me appraised of the deal in the interim
