Hi everyone, last week I cleared the first round at Coforge. Today I received a call and was informed that I will be working as a third-party employee for Coforge. This means I will be on the payroll of a third-party company but will sit in the Coforge office. The third-party company mentioned that the initial commitment is for six months.

Can anyone tell me if the project duration at Coforge is usually six months initially for candidates?
After six months, will it become permanent?

I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? I assume mgrs see the full monty when it comes to pay...right?

I work for a late stage(ipo) start up, earlier this year we were acquired & since then they got rid of our yearly bonuses and gave us an ESOP grant.
2 RIFs later we are almost bare bones. Since we are coming up on our usual yearly evaluations many of us assumed (with multiple conversation from our managers) that pay raises and promotions were due.
In a recent All hands we found out that this year there will be no pay raises nor promotions based off merit. Is it time to jump ship?

I had the weirdest dream. Criminals were put in a gated community under observation and they had to successfully fake their own death to get out. They were given too many drugs and alcohol. But they end up killing each other or suiciding and no one is left. Once everyone kills themselves they bring in new inmates. It was insane.

5. No. of reports and meetings for the agile forums not just teams.

It's been a month since I have joined still no tasks allocated not even induction is it a common in coforge?

I have an offer from Coforge and joining date is in exactly a month.
My current role is Senior Automation Engineer. Position offered is Test Analyst (Lead).
CTC Offered: 26 (24 fixed + variable)
One of my queries is regarding the Medical Insurance. As per the offer letter it mentions "Mediclaim Scheme with Floater Option of Self + 3 or Self + 5 with/without parents. " : INR. 150,000/- to INR. 3,000,000/- 
Does this mean that without paying extra, the med insurance is just 1.5L?

How are the projects in transport, travel and hospitality domain in coforge. How is the work load and how are the onsite opportunities. How is a role of test analyst in coforge
