Later, I realized I'm the only Python/AI engineer; most others are CRM/C#/.NET developers, and the AI/Data Science team left around the same time. Is this a red flag? How would you handle such a situation and evaluate the company's AI future? now they are asking to learn c#

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.
