My current CTC is 55 LPA, all my rounds got cleared at EY GDS. The HR called me asking me all the details. How much can i expect the hike, I quoted my exceptions 30% hike on current, the HR told me that they will come up with a standard number, Can the EY GDS meet my exceptions?
My notice period is 90 days & he wa OK with that. I am really annoyed in my current org & want to resign, I am not learning anything new, work is monotonous and politics. I not really thinking of numbers.

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
